- 100g Flour – Type 00

Once it’s ready, since the pasta is fresh, you have to cook it for only two minutes in boiling water. Please remember to add salt to the water, and bring it to boil before you add the pasta. You can make your Fettuccine or Tagliatelle pasta with different sauces. It can be a Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana, with tomatoes, or with pesto as well.
