One cooking class on its own is not enough to be able to re-create what you’ve learned? It’s not easy to remember all the ingredients, we know that well. That’s why we share with you written all the ingredients and steps to make your own pizza and pizza sauce at home. Please see below the ingredients, and please note, that the dough it’s calculated for one pizza only. So, if you need to make more than one, make sure you multiply the ingredients with the number of people you’re making Italian pizza for!
Pizza dough
- 150 g Flour
- 1 g yeast
- Salt
- 50 ml Water
Remember to leave the dough in the fridge for 24 hours minimum, but as you could’ve heard in our class, 48 hours are the best to keep in covered in the fridge. This will give it the texture of a perfect pizza!
Pizza sauce
This recipe is for one kg of tomatoes. If you wish to make less, please divide the amount of ingredients accordingly. The tomatoes must be peeled before you put them to cook. Cut them in 2 so it will make it easier for them to cook. Make sure, that you’re cooking the sauce on the lowest heat possible. The cooking time for the sauce is one hour. Then, you take it off the stove, leave a few minutes to cool down, and use a blender to blend it all together.
